Notice - वर्धमान ज्ञानतीर्थ से 30 किलोमीटर की परिधि में रहने वाले साधर्मियों के लिए आवास की सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं होगी। आवास व्यवस्था मुख्य रूप से 30 किलोमीटर से अधिक दूरी तथा बाहर से पधारने वाले साधर्मियों के लिए की जाएगी।

1- प्रत्येक साधर्मी के लिए पंजीकरण अनिवार्य है. 
Registration is mandatory for every Sadharmi.
2 - आवास की आवश्यकता वाले साधर्मियों को पंजीकरण के समय अपना आवास पहले से बुक करवाना होगा।
Sadharmis who require accommodation (Stay) facility, have to book their accommodation in advance, at the time of Registration.
3 - कार्यक्रम हेतु आवास 25 नवम्बर से 30 नवम्बर 2025 तक उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा।
Accommodation for the program will be made available from November 25 to November 30, 2025.
4 - एक मोबाइल नंबर से एक बार ही पंजीकरण कर सकते हैं।
You are allowed to register only once using a single mobile number.
5 - पंजीकरण सम्पूर्ण कार्यक्रम में आवास एवं भोजन व्यवस्था तथा आवास से कार्यक्रम स्थल तक यातायात व्यवस्था के लिए मान्य होगा।
Registration will be valid for accommodation and food arrangements for the entire program and also for transportation arrangements from accommodation to the venue of the program.
6 - आवास सहित पंजीयन के लिए आपको प्रतिव्यक्ति 200 रूपये के हिसाब से जमा करना होगा जो कि संपूर्ण कार्यक्रम का शुल्क रहेगा| बिना आवास के रजिस्ट्रेशन में आपको प्रतिव्यक्ति 200 रूपये शुल्क जमा करना होगा |
For registration including accommodation, you will have to deposit Rs. 200 per person which will be the fee for the entire program. For registration without accommodation, you will have to deposit a fee of Rs. 200 per person.
7 - रजिस्ट्रेशन में आप अपनी और आपके साथ आने वाले साधर्मीजनों की भोजन संबंधी प्राथमिकता भी जरूर बतायें, जो शोध भोजन करते हैं उनकी अलग से व्यवस्था की गई है ।
Do share yours and accompanying “Sadharmi” person's food preference in the registration form. We are arranging separate facility for "SHODH" as well.
8 - आठ साल से कम उम्र के बच्चे का रजिस्ट्रेशन और आवास का कोई शुल्क नहीं है ।
There are no charges for registration or accommodation for children under 8 years of age.
9 - मोबाइल वेरिफिकेशन के बाद फॉर्म में अपनी और जो साधर्मी आपके साथ आ रहे है, उनकी भी जानकारी आधार कार्ड के अनुसार भर देवें, अन्यथा आपका पंजीकरण पूर्ण नही माना जायेगा।
After mobile verification, fill in your details and those of the people accompanying you in the form as per their Aadhar Card, otherwise your registration will not be considered complete.
10 - पंजीकरण में पासपोर्ट साइज की फोटो ही अपलोड करें।
Upload only passport size photo during registration.
11 –  परिवारजन / मित्र पंचकल्याणक प्रतिष्ठा महोत्सव में आ रहे हैं, एवं उनका पंजीकरण अलग हुआ है तो आप अपनी और उनकी रजिस्ट्रेशन आईडी (Registration I'd), हमारे  रजिस्ट्रेशन अथवा आवास हेल्पलाइन नम्बर पर कॉल करके हमको अवगत करा देवें, जिससे आवास आवंटन के समय आपको और आपके मित्र/ परिवारजनों को उचित आवास समीप में ही आवंटित किया जा सकेगा।
If family members/friends are coming to attend Panch Kalyanak Pratishtha Mahotsav and their registration is separate, please inform us about your and their registration IDs by calling on our registration or housing helpline number, so that at the time of housing allotment, suitable housing can be allotted to you and your friend/family members nearby.
12 - प्रत्येक साधर्मी को पंजीकरण के बाद कार्यक्रम के कुछ समय पहले रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नम्बर और Whatsapp पर आवास बुकिंग की जानकारी भेज दी जायेगी।
After registration, each devotee will be sent information regarding accommodation booking on the registered mobile number and Whatsapp some time before the programme.
13 - पंजीकरण करने के बाद आप उसमें सदस्यों की संख्या कम या ज्यादा नहीं कर सकते है।
After completing the registration, it is not possible to adjust or alter the number of members, either by increasing or decreasing.
14 - उपरोक्त तिथि से पहले आने वाले साधर्मियों को अपने आवास की व्यवस्था स्वयं करनी होगी, अथवा सहायता के लिए आवास कार्यालय में फोन कर सकते हैं।
Sadharmis arriving before the above date, need to do their stay arrangement on their own or contact to Accommodation Office for any help.
15 - आप रजिस्ट्रेशन करने के बाद किसी कारणवश नहीं आ पा रहे है तो हेल्प लाइन नंबर पर फ़ोन करके अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन कैंसिल करवा देवें।
If you are unable to come after registration due to any reason then cancel your registration by calling the helpline number.
16- रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क नॉन refundable रहेगी।
The Registration fee will be non-refundable.
17- पंचकल्याणक समिति को बहुत सीमित संख्या में साधर्मियों की आवास व्यवस्था उपलब्ध हुई है, अतः पहले आओ, पहले पाओ के आधार पर रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए स्वागत है।
Panch Kalyanak Samiti has made available accommodation for a very limited number of devotees, hence registration is welcome on first come first serve basis.

Note - 

• पंचकल्याणक का रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क DADA ART के अकाउंट में जा रहा है, पंचकल्याणक की रजिस्ट्रेशन एवं आवास व्यवस्था DADA ART इवेंट मैनेजमेंट द्वारा देखी जा रही है। इसलिए कोई असमंजसता न रखें।
